frequently asked questions

We are not providers for Medicare or Medicaid. We do not accept HMO or DMO. Although we are not contracted with any PPO insurance, we do bill the insurance as a courtesy for our patients.

We prefer our patients to lay down on their bed if all possible. But we also successfully treat our patients on their wheelchairs, couches, or recliners.

For couple of stairs, we have portable ramp that allows us to bring our dental unit into your home. If needed, we have a mini backup dental unit that we can carry upstairs.

We take infection control seriously. Our instruments are sterilized and prepared at our main office in Huntington Beach. At the end of the day, when we are back at our main office, we scrub all of our used instruments and then put them into an ultrasonic cleaner. Then, we bag them into sterilizing bags and place them into an Autoclave machine. At the start of each day, we packaged all sterilized instruments ready to be used at the residences of patients.

We have state of the art mobile dental equipment. Our Dental unit is anchored on an electric cart that is rolled directly into the residence of our patients. On this unit, we are equipped with all the necessary dental tools to perform from simple cleanings to a more complex procedure such as crown preparation or extractions. Just like in a dental office setting, everything that a dentist needs to perform a procedure is mounted right on this dental unit. We also use state of the art, FDA approved, portable X-Ray unit to take necessary X-Rays for the patients. The X-Rays are all digital and will be instantly stored on a Laptop for immediate view and diagnose.
